Information and the form
We receive your name, email address, phone number, town or postcode, project description and, if supplied, property type. Your phone number allows us to call you to clarify the request. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to process the form; you cannot submit it without them. You may also contact us directly by email. Avoid sensitive information and unnecessary information about other people. Further correspondence may be added to your enquiry file.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your information to answer your enquiry, discuss the works and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For enquiries made on behalf of a business, managing the professional relationship is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). If a contract follows, necessary data is processed to perform it. Accounting and legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Protecting the website against abuse relies on our legitimate interest in securing the service. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to advertising messages.
Providers and transfers
Wix provides hosting, forms and contact management. Only authorised people and necessary service providers may access information relevant to their tasks. Fonts are hosted on this website; loading them does not contact Google Fonts. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where necessary. Ask info@montmr.be for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while being handled and for useful follow-up of the offer. Retention depends on the enquiry status, our last exchanges, whether a contract exists and applicable legal periods for accounting or legal claims. Closed enquiries with no follow-up should not be retained indefinitely. Contract files and mandatory records are kept for their applicable periods with restricted access. Cookies and technical security
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser, connection times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Strictly necessary cookies support operation or security. Non-essential trackers, including advertising and analytics trackers, require prior consent when activated. MontMR has not integrated advertising tools or Google Analytics in this version. External links are governed by the policies of the websites you visit. The first-party wixSession cookie may be created by the Wix SDK to authenticate the technical form session. In this configuration it is a session cookie with no persistent production lifetime set, marked Secure and scoped to /. MontMR code adds no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Send your request to info@montmr.be. We may request proportionate identity verification. We normally respond within one month; any permitted extension for a complex request will be explained. Legal obligations may limit erasure. We do not make decisions having legal effects on you solely through automated processing.
